ABOUT US

With a clear vision and guidance from the Lord, McAllen Christian Assembly was formed in McAllen,

Texas on Sunday January 3rd 2016. Our humble beginning was with two families.

Now God has added many more souls to the congregation.

On April 13th 2017, McAllen Christian Assembly registered as a church in the state of Texas. In March of 2018,

God has enabled us to buy a church building with 7.5 acres of land for the church. 

McAllen Christian Assembly is a church that stands for the full gospel doctrine (Acts 2:38-42). Pastor Mathew Zachariah (Moncy)

is the founder of the church. He was formerly a civil engineer and former employee of the United Nations (UN), New York. He graduated from Disciple Center, Tamil Nadu, India IPC Gospel Center Bible School Nedumprum, Kerala, Christian Education Center, Trivandrum Kerala, and United Christian Seminary, New York. He served the Lord in various capacities in India and Persian Gulf. He was the pastor of Bethel Pentecostal Church, Mount Vernon, New York 1998-2004. He was also the founding pastor of Westchester Christian Assembly, White Plains, New York (2004-2016). In 2016 he moved to McAllen and started McAllen Christian Assembly. His wife is Esther Zachariah (Jolly), his children are Jim M Zachariah and Maxine,

Dr. Jeena M Zachariah and Jocelyn M Zachariah, they are all active in ministry. 

Our goal is to reach unreached areas, establish mission fields in various places in Mexico, and start a mission center in McAllen. 
McAllen is a border city of Texas USA, and one of the safest cities in the USA to live.

It is a fast-growing city with tropical weather like Kerala. There are lots of hospitals, universities, and educational establishments. 
It is south of Houston city and San Antonio. The cost of living is very less compared to other cities in the USA.
