Intensive Family Preservation

The Intensive Family Preservation Program is designed to provide families with 6 weeks of intensive services to families who are at risk of having a child or children placed outside of the home. Referrals must be made from the following sources to receive services:
Department of Social Services
Department of Juvenile Justice
Mental Health
Time-Limited Reunification
The Time-Limited Reunification Program is designed to serve families that has a child or children placed outside the home. The Reunification Program provides up to 1 year of supportive services for the transitioning of children back into the home. Referrals must be made from the following sources to receive services:
Department of Social Services
Post Adoption
The Post-Adoption Program is designed to provide families who have received a decree of adoption with ongoing post-adoption support services. Referrals can be made from any source.
